Founded by Pauline Kent, Tayona specializes in breeding high-quality Australian Shepherds and Miniature American Shepherds. With a commitment to sound temperaments and health, Tayona has been breeding since 2009 and has a wealth of experience in showing dogs since 2004. At Tayona, the focus is on breeding pedigree purebred dogs, ensuring that all breeding dogs are health tested, hip and elbow scored, and DNA tested before their first breeding. The kennel adheres to the Australian National Kennel Council’s regulations and the Code of Conduct, guaranteeing that all puppies are registered with the ANKC member body DOGS SA. Puppies are raised with care and come vaccinated, microchipped, and vet-checked, ready to join their new families with a solid foundation of training and socialization.
