Swayd is a dedicated breeder of Affenpinschers, often affectionately referred to as “monkey dogs” or “monkey terriers.” Our primary focus is on producing quality family companions and show potential puppies that are well-suited for approved homes. We believe that while not every pet is destined for the show ring, every show dog deserves to be a cherished pet. Our breeding philosophy is rooted in dedication, determination, discipline, and desire, ensuring that each puppy is raised with the utmost care and attention.
At Swayd, we prioritize the well-being of our puppies and adhere to strict breeding practices. All companion puppies are sold on Limited Registration and are already desexed, meaning they are not intended for breeding or showing. We do not reserve or sell puppies until they are at least 8 weeks old, as our primary goal is to select a puppy for ourselves to show. We also offer stud dogs for breeding/mating, but we do not sell puppies for breeding purposes to non-show homes. If you are looking for a breeding dog without the intention of participating in ANKC conformation events, Swayd may not be the right fit for you.
